Duli C. Agarwal

Duli C. Agarwal, PE, ASME Fellow has Master’s degree in Engineering Management (Mechanical Engineering Track) from University of Maryland, Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology (formerly known as Regional Institute of Technology) 69 batch, Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and ASME Fellow & life Member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers. He is a citizen of the United States and living more than 40 years in Maryland. In December 2020, he retired from the US Department of Energy where he served more than 30 years as a senior technical staff creating policy to assist DOE programs in quality assurance and nuclear safety principles.


Mr. Agarwal is also Director and Board Member of DC Immunization Welfare Center (DCIWC) doing business as Children Immunization Foundation (CIF) that provides life saving Hepatitis “B” vaccines, health awareness education and clean water to poor and needy children protecting them from serious diseases. So far DCIWC has provided more than 30000 Hepatitis “B” vaccines in 28 schools in Bihar and UP (India). Mr. Agarwal has a passion helping poor children in India. Details can be found at www.DCIWC.org.
